I truly enjoyed its top-class and very attentive employees.
Everything was very good, I can't recommend it highly enough. Thanks all for a just perfect stay in September. The room was newly renovated and romantic, and with a spectacular view of the old town. The breakfast was plentiful and large, the check in was fast. Took the advantage of the parking outside.

perfectly situated for amazing city strolls and nearby parks
my stay was enjoyable, thanks to the hotel's fantastic central position, just a few steps from the Bucharest Municipality Museum and only 2 minutes from the National Theater, making it perfect for walks to explore the city's rich history and vibrant culture.

The location is very well. It is a hotel with a history.
Internet is not free and the phone calls were very expensive.

Located in the heart of the city centre and right next to the metro station. Easy access to the old city - 10 minutes walk - where you can have a drink or lunch/dinner.
The stuff need to work on their professional approach.

Very helpful and friendly staff and ideally located and the surplus is that each room has a balcony with a city view and we had a magnificent view ... rooms were really tidy and very comfortable. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was great and the wine the waitress recommended was more than we can ask for for quality/price.

Friendly and helpful staff; very nice and comfortable rooms with a good city view (if on higher floors of course). Very good restaurant facilities.
Additional services come with a heavy price tag. Eg.: Internet usage is charged at 9 euros/h at lobby or 16 euros/day in rooms. Pay tv is 15 euros extra and English programs are limited. Breakfast buffet although very good costed me 105 lei (~20+ euros)

Grand hotel offered a spacious beautiful double room with a lovely balcony and a great view. The bed was super comfy, and room service was spot on! We loved the health club on the 22nd floor, especially the indoor pool. It's close to the university square too!
100% recommend

- central location, parking
- Faulty battery to the bathroom, shower broken, noisy air conditioning, disappointing for a five star hotel

Thanks to the absolutely perfect staff everything was brand-new, including a great selection of tasteful food. It was in a marvellous and beautiful location a short walk to Club A. Besides, it was just next door to the Magheru boulevard, interest / transport / bars / restaurants, and all touristic attractions. I've had a superb stay for one night.
